It's from the Omega Dynamic whose case is said to have been designed/produced by the Italian case maker Fernando Fontana from the Lascor Case Factory in Sesto Calende. Apparently Omega purchased that company in 1974. I understand these Century watches were exported and were commonly fitted with these cases. Is there a certain Omega back that would fit or would I need the Star Company case? Any leads on where to find a case back?
